I gotta hand it to the fat cats behind the Paranormal Activity series. They could smell that the series was getting stagnant and they decided to shake it up….. well a little bit. Sticking with the whole found footage angle (at this point they can’t really stop) they decided to leave the comforts of a home setting and head to the inner city. The biggest shocker is that PA gave up its seat for Halloween weekend and releasing the film in January. Don’t really know what’s going on, but the trailer is interesting and I gotta admit I’m kind of intrigued by it. Long time PA writer Christopher Landon, gets his crack at the director’s chair and in early 2014 we’ll see if he can bring new life to this fucked out series.
