Duff here..

I am a casual Star Trek fan at best. Seen the movies, enjoyed most of the films, especially the most recent ones. I never watched any of the tv runs, expect for a hand full of the original ones. I do have a soft spot for Kirk, c’mon, who doesn’t. When it comes to space sagas I’m in galaxy far, far away…

Planet of the Apes on the other hand…

I love this franchise, especially the original five flicks…from “You Damn Dirty Ape” to Battle for the Planet of the Apes…I’m there! Cheese and all I’m riding doomsday out with Caesar and the chimps. The original might be Heston’s finest performance (my opinion). Just how earth shattering is it when he sees Lady Liberty?! I’ve enjoyed the current run as well, ie: Andy Serkis…”I’d like to thank the Academy…”

Back to the book at hand…

This crossover from IDW & Boom Studios is epic!

Oh, if you subscribe to Nerd Block your receiving it with a special variant cover (score) in January.

I’ve read it; RAD doesn’t even touch it. If part of either fandom or just dig sci-fi–this is for you.

Enjoy the preview below!
